Uracan Resources Ltd.

Uracan Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: URC, OTC:URCFF) is in the business of exploring and developing bulk tonnage, near-surface uranium deposits with its two 100%-owned Canadian projects. With only 55 of 1000 square km explored on the Quebec property, Uracan has discovered over 44 million lbs. (NI 43-101 Compliant) U3O8 since 2006. Drilling Programs completed since 2007 have consistently produced very positive results. The project has excellent infrastructure with provincial highways running through the property, inexpensive hydro power, and deep sea port access. In 2010/2011, Quebec was voted the #4 Mining Jurisdiction in the World by the Fraser Institute Mining Survey.

Founded in 2006 by a highly experienced and successful management team, Uracan is combining the extensive industry expertise with the financial acumen of Endeavour Mining and some of the most successful mining venture capitalists in North America to develop world class, open pit uranium mines in Canada.
