Uracan Resources Ltd. (TSX.V:URC, OTC:URCFF) is a Canadian-based exploration company focused on exploring for and developing uranium deposits in the prolific Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan, Canada.
Uracan is currently exploring on its two Joint Venture properties; the Black Lake Project (earning a 60% interest from UEX Corporation) and the Clearwater Project (earning a 70% interest from Forum Uranium). In addition, Uracan holds two 100%-owned projects; Pipewrench Lake in Saskatchewan and the North Shore Property in Quebec.
Founded by a highly experienced and successful management team, Uracan is combining the extensive industry expertise with the financial acumen of some of the most successful mining venture capitalists in Canada to explore for potentially world class uranium mines in Canada and elsewhere.
